Whats wrong with me? Bleeding when going to toilet?

Sorry if i’m a bit graphic, but im worried.
When I go to the toilet, it hurts around my anus like the faeces is too big..and when I wipe theres a bit of blood.
Also recently its a bit itchy, nothing much though.

I’m not sure how long its been like this, but ive narrowed it down to two things…
haemorrhoids
or a tear…because I had anal sex a few months before christmas..but like I said I cant remember if this was a problem before this.

I’m waiting to be registered at the doctors here (im at uni). In the mean time, what can I do to help things?
