What is your sleep paralysis story?

(I live In a house with my older sister and my baby sister,they always wake up early)

First I was in a deep sleep having a super weird dream when I heard my baby sister like scream,then my conscious mind was awaken I could hear the tv and my older sister talking to my baby sister,but then I tried moving my arm,and I failed I started freaking out,I felt my heart beating super extremely fast ,and i also heard a loud rumbling sound,i tried to scream but all that came out was a small moan and then I heard a voice “theres a woman coming” but then I remembered I had seen a show that explained sleep paralysis so then I told my self” calm down and relax its just your mind” and like right when I did that I felt my heart slow down the rumbling noise go away(rumbling noise was caused by me trying to force my eyes to open,but the same time try and keep them close,I couldn’t even open my eyes, the noise is the noise you hear when you yawn also) and then almost instantly I tried moving again and I succeeded.

I actually like the sensation of it. And I had always wondered what that felt like, and now I know.so what’s your story?
