What is a good android keylogger?

I want to see what my teen is up to and don’t want them to see the app. They have an android phone that I actually own, so I think it would be legal. I just need to know if I am correct or not about what they are up to these days. It is scary and I am concerned. Privacy is important but safety is more important when it comes to your own children. Please don’t flame me.
