Ticket price for speeding and running stop sign in CA?

I am a minor and I went 70 at night in a 45 zone, and ran a stop sign. The streets were all clear, and the officer was hiding with his lights off. However, I know I was not going 70. I did slow down at the stop sign, at which point I was already not going 70. When the officer came up behind me, before he turned his police lights on, I thought he was just someone tailgating me to go faster. I looked at my speed and thought “What, 60 isn’t fast enough?” Anyway, what price am I looking at here, and what are the chances of fighting at least the speed in court? Is it even worth cutting down the 10 MPH?
