John Deere 345 Help! Serious!?

My 345 had a dead battery so I jump it off another tractor and it was running great. So I went off to do some chores with it and have it at full throttle to help charge the battery. While doing chores I make a turn and then all of a sudden all the electronics get really powerful like the lights got super bright. And the low battery warning light did also. So about a minute after I start to spell a burning electrical smell. And then all of a sudden smoke comes pouring out of the hood. I mean a lot. So I shut it down and pop the hood and it was still smoking so I blew all the smoke out. It was coming from the area around the battery near the computer board area. No fuses were broke. Was it overworking or some thing. Sounds like its toast!
