how do you get around k9 web protection without running into M86 web restriction?

how do you get around k9 web protection without running into M86 web restriction?
i have windows 7 if it helps and k9 blocks me from keyloggers and all proxy websites so those wont work and its on my personal laptop so its not illegal if i bypass it or anything
my parents put it on
