Disable UAC in Vista?

I’ve tried the command prompt.. the registry… and even ERD Commander 2007… i am a standard user.. my mom is the admin.. i can’t download programs or anything.. i need some help.. like a keygen… or maybe a keystroke logger… or something to get rid of UAC permanently thanks
