Can I play Japanese games on my PAL wii?

I’m currently living in the UK and bought a wii here and the wii is PAL. I’m in Japan at the moment and I can buy games here for wii a LOT cheaper. The only problem is, because I bought my wii in the UK, it’s PAL and not “Japanese” so will I still be able to play the Japanese games if I buy them?
I’ve hacked my wii so if it’s only possible with a hacked wii, does anyone know how it can be done?

hi i just bought a wii it is my first wii and its a Korean one and it is already hacked with i dont know wat i dont know anything about the wii and the guy i bought it from said to me never ever go online ur wii will no longer work and i just found out that i can play games from a usb and i want to but i dont have a clue ohh and is the man bluffing about the internet connection should i never go online cause i have a hacked wii ?
and the usb loader can i install it with my current hack or wat ????

What happens if you NORMALLY update a HACKED wii (from v4.1 -» v4.2)?
