Help!!! My kids won\’t sleep in their room!?

My daughter is 6 years old and my son is 16 months old. They share a room as we are limited on space. I don’t know if it is coincidence or something else is going on. My daughter woke up early one morning because she had a nightmare. The same day when I went to put my son down for his nap, like I always did, he started screaming frantically and did not want to be in his crib. My daughter is scared almost every night and my son won’t stay asleep in his crib. Please help! Any suggestions on how to get them to stay in their respective beds. We have a night light for them and always leave their room open so they can see down the hall to our room. This has been going on now for about 2 weeks and everyone is losing sleep because of this.

i want to wake up by 10 am….i always wake up really late…anyways it is 2:30 am now..and im gonna go to sleep in like an hour..how can i wake up w/o and alarm and w/o anyones help since no one will be home

my friend\’s girlfriend is jealous of me?

I have known my male friend about 3 years,and his girlfriend is my friend too,I like to spend my time with him,but not in special,I like him only friendly,I think he thinks the same about this issue,sometimes two of us are hangin out together but usually we are hanging out all together with our company,the last time I had to wake up early and my own house is far away from school,I had to stay at his home and I stayed,we had a good time and the next day I told her girlfriend that we were stayed at his house and I had to,she changed her behavior towards me,and I felt weird and a bit angry,how can she feel jealous about me,we are just friend not more than that,and what should I do?

How can I start waking up for school?

I’M 19, and going to college next year.

Waking up has been a problem I try and try, though for a long time, I’ve missed 1 day every week and these last 3 weeks I’ve slept in EVERY DAY :’( I REALLY REALLY NEED to go to school. Sometimes I stay up to late…and in the morning I just find excuses not to go…

PLEASE, any ideas on how to wake up early? I need to figure out some way :/

should you take the pill the same time everyday?

i started taking the pill at 10am everyday. but then as time went on id forget and end up taking it at noon. and then sometimes id wake up early that day and take the pill at like 9am. is this fluctuation in time really a big deal? or should i take it at 10am every day?

i want to be protected!!!

how to wake up early?

I’m already an early riser. I get up from 6:00-6:45 AM. But I have to get on the bus at 6:45. So, I’m setting my alarm clock for 5:15 AM.

If I get up around 6:15 I’m not groggy or tired at all. But I have a lot to do in the mornings, so I need to get up at 5:15. Any ideas on how to wake up around then and not feel too tired to even get up?
Note: I have after-school activities/sports. So I need energy for those too!

Relationship with my Dad?

First off, I absolutely hate my dad, I wish he would fo to hell. We have a problem with me using my laptop. Whenever I am on it, he would mutter curses and walk back and forth or stand ar my door glaring. He claims that I am playing games all day and chatting. This is so incorrect! I ameither doing homework, reading news articles or eBooks. This may seem like nothing yet but heres the problem. He would barge into my room with a stick and try to hit me, when I defend myself he tries to hit me harder he claims he will kill me. He says as long as I live with him he has a right to hurt me. Sometimes he will evrn scream at my sister who is only 5, “IF YOU EVER WATCH TV I WILL CHOKE YOU TO DEATH LIKE I WILL YOUR FUCKING BROTHER.” He will scream at me on a regular basis when I wake up. He no longer calls me son but idiot or bitch. He calls my mom who Is at work and screams IF YOU DONT COME HOME RIGHT NOW I’LL YOUR SON, He has slammed my laptop; and thrown the router at me. He says I don’t wake up early enough, because I have a sleeping problem. He says I don’t do enough work and rips my homework. He has hit me in front of my friends. He calls me rude and disrespectful when I tell my mom about my problems. He says my mom is spoiling me when she defends me from his attacks. He makes me do all the chores while he watches TV. When I asked why he isn’t helping, he says I’m rude. When I say I’m sick he’ll say YOU DESERVE IT. He has threatened me with a knife and has tried to crash the car. He’ll yell at my mom when she calls me down to dinner, saying it’s spoiling me. Ever summer he buys me a huge workbook, making me finish it. Even though it’s above my grade and I’ve never learned it before. He checks my progress and if I’m not working fast enough he’ll rip the book or throw it somewhere. When I ask where it is he’ll say he threw it away or something. He has done so many things to me I just want to die. Im not an idiot im an honors student. I just want to kill him. Help. Please

July 5th, Cody and I had to break up because of long term distance, then he said, he cheated on me on the phone that day. With a girl name Krista Thomas, then I realize same day was my niece died in year of 05… so it was the worse day finding out my TRUE LOVE GONE IN ONE WHOLE DAY… It was tragic.. so DON’T TELL ME he is hurt – when he hurted me…!! he never let go about the Derrick thing.. he just carried it on his shoulder like every guy and girl does… so that’s why I’m disappointed in him. I don’t know if I Could trust him over it?

1. We broke up because

we are too young to make a large commitment and it was long term distance relationship over the phone

2. he cheated on me.

3. he doesn’t or can’t get a job near by where he lives.

4.he wants a woman, who would accept him and take care of him.

5.I am very disappointed in him.

6.dated amber again, made me jealous

7. the girl he cheated with was to get EVEN.

8. On Facebook, he said, “I only loved you like a sister”

9. The type of girl he cheated with was naughty hoe.

10. we’ve been together for seven months, hasn’t got his license’s or find a job he can work.

11. he makes excuses like ” I can’t read “.(I know he can’t but he is always saying it)

12. he should of treated me like he would meet me.

15. he made me very sad, disappointed, careless, loveless, worthless, useless and never see how much I loved him.

I just wanted to move on, I need some advice how because I keep getting worries in my head at night, I can’t sleep right.

I wake up early then normal. I don’t know I still have a string attach to him. So does he. Well like my mom says. Since my mom says we can’t talk anymore on the phone as much as we use too. we can only talk for next two weeks, still remain friends. In my mind I really do want a boyfriend, I am wishing for a boyfriend who would love me for me. Won’t control me. you know. I am 18 years old. I have always wanted a boyfriend… I wished as a 12 year old… I wanted a bestfriend and trusted guy who loves me plays games with me… (not heart games)

he is very cute. (which I could just love his eyes)

he always were there for me

he gave me a ring and chain. and few mini love letters.

he gave me a poem and a heart shape necklace.

he gave me a shirt, two flash drives with his videos and pictures.

he gave me a ring and another poem for our seven month adversary

we act alike, we loved each other more than words can describe it.

We were so close, it was touching our hearts.

he really was attach to me for a long time.

Dedicated 7 months tops.

we were bestfriends no matter what happens. I’ve loved him just as much he wanted. we talk about every day on the phone sometimes hours or 1.

He did cheat, but he just wanted to get even.. when I cheated but.. thats different if, I’d kissed Derrick. He wanted to get EVEN, he just said yesterday, he lied about the whole “I love you like a sister” way I was not convinced… I am 18 and he is 20.. he lives with both his parents, So do I.. But at least I’m going to be a Jujitsu karate Instructor.. he isn’t gonna work.. Cause his situation of where he is… Lives out of Nowhere In Cali.. I live in Florida.. I don’t know if my mom is right.. I just wonder if you guys can make sense of all this… I am 18.. I will be 19 this September 22nd. I disagree with people who don’t believe relationships online can work. Which it Can! I seen it happen.. But I am having bad luck with guys cheating.. cause every guy I dated online’ always cheated or I cheated on them.. They left me.. so its not fair for my mom controlling me to date someone in real life, when its my decision to date whoever I want…she wants me to date some navy or marine guy

Tips on how to wake up early?

Right now, I work until 9pm almost every night. When I get off of work I go see my boyfriend and get home at 12 and bed maybe 12:15ish. I don’t go to work again until 12 noon the next day. What are some tips to getting up early so that way I can do everything I need to do plus get some exercise in.
