How to uninstall modchip on Wii?

Is it possible to uninstall a modchip on the Nintendo Wii to get a certain game to start working?

If so, How? And is it safe?
Bottom Left hand bubble thing?? I can’t see that anywhere on Wii Settings? :\
Wait, I understand now. But you can’t uninstall the modchip from there, doesn’t it need to be done manually through unscrewing the Wii, etc?

so i have a non modded xbox 360 (no chips no software in it) and i play on live like every day 7 to 9 hours each day but the thing is that aloot of my friends have like a punch of games alooooot of games (its on their gamer profile) and i only have like 8 games (all new games from 2008 till present) like halo reach cod black ops and mw2 farcry 2 and wet bulletstorm and the rest is like cool but kinda bored playing them all over bcz i can’t like buy a 50 $ game evey 3 or 6 days so i was on a party last night on xbox live playing halo reach with my fnds and one of them he has like a huge gamer score of 20440 points and i asked him how could you afford all those game(93 games in total) he said do you thing i buy those so expansive games with 50 to 60 $ price range i said i guess ya bcz that’s wht im doing he said that’s bcz you a dump ass i said y he replied i had my xbox 360 softmodded i asked him doesn’t that get you banned or some thing he said i had softmodded not hardmodded(modchip) i said if you softmodded you xbox 360 it wont get you banned he said no as long as you don’t upgrade every thing you see it won’t so now im wondering can i do this actually and not get banned plzzzz help i really really need it

ok here we go… about 2 weeks ago, i got out my ps2 of the storage, because we (me and my sister) found a game that we know all series, is “The legend of spyro’ the thing: before i put my ps2 on the storage, i learned how to acces to the matrix infinity menu, so i dont remember what i do, but, know i cant run this game, (well i cant run not even Metal gear solid 2 and 3), so, i want to know what can i do to fix this, PLZ help!!!!!!!

Well, I know people have done it, so how would I do it? I want to back up my Playstation games to CD-R’s, but I have no clue how. Help? FYI, I have a CD burner and 25 blank CD-R80’s. Try me.
