My iphone 3gs is locked?

My iphone3GS is locked and i don’t know how to unlock it. Its password was entered too many times and was locked. Here’s my situation- I can log in to my Itunes on my computer but i haven’t registered my iphone.. so when i try to register it, it says i can’t because theres a passcode on it and i have to enter, but alas… i cant! Anyone know how i can get my iphone unlocked without having to go to my local service provider store? or is that the only way?

Iphone 3gs data usage, and costs?

I have a blackberry curve 8310 right now im on my moms plan so its a family plan, we have 550 mins with rollover and unlimited text and the $10 data plan, if i buy an iphone unlocked and jailbroken will i go over the $10 data plan or will i have to get a diff data plan? being jailbroken will it still use up data?

Okay so today I lost my phona and it sucks. And I called tmobile what happens they said that you can buy a phone thats unlocked and cancel your phone so its not active. Someone told me before that you can get an iphone unlocked but thats like $650. How much are usually unlocked phones just wondering thanks please answer if this happend to you before!<3
