Can anyone tell me more about drop shipping and Wholesaling Companies?

Is there any difference or is it all same?

I want to start an online arms dealing business?

I’m an experienced dropshipper in bike parts and other electronic goods such as phones, laptops etc. I have been dropshipping these items for years.

But is it possible to dropship weapons in the US from my website in the UK? For example I advertise the guns on my website, buyers in the US will purchase and I’ll just get my supplier to ship the items straight?

I am aware of the legal issues and the need for both buyer and seller to hold a license. But as a dropshipper I don’t technically handle any weapons. I’m just handling the orders, make my cut and making sure my dropshipper on the other end fufills and delivers the order.

There is a lot of money in the weapons industry as the entry barriers are high. So If I manage to get past the barriers and issues it could prove to be potentially profitable.

I am looking to start a hair extension company selling clip in extensions. I have been looking for a supplier everywhere with no luck. I am only looking for a supplier in the United States. My store is going to be online, and I need somebody that is able to dropship my products. Does anybody have any tips/advice on how to find one? Thanks!

How Does Shipping Work? How Do I Ship My Products ?

I am going to drop ship all of the shirts, pants etc. But I have absoultely no idea how to ship. Do I just bring the product to the post office , ups , etc , pay them , give them the address and thats it? I Need Exact Details!
I Mean How Am I Going To Ship The Products That Can’t Be drop shipped ?!

I’ve been developing websites for a while, however I decided to launch a site of my own. It’s a drop-ship concept. I will be charging them, but the companies I have contracts with would actually be producing the product.

I’m located in the USA -> Oklahoma.

Do I need to apply for a business license? Tax license? Anything else?

For a privacy policy and terms of use, can I just hire a writer to do this if I outline it? Or should I go through a lawyer?

Counterfeit Selling Laws – Please Help?

I received a 2 letters from Global Protection in Australia (http://www.globalbrandprotection.net/) ,
Their legal team want me to pay $2,500 per letter for selling counterfeit goods online.
They brought 2 items from me and took photos of them and use them as evidence for companies like Asics Shoes and, Adidas Golf Club Driver.
I would never sell Copied or Counterfeit goods – I dropship from China and never see the goods, so where do I stand if my supplier sends counterfeit goods to my buyers and has told me they are not counterfeit goods?

Does anybody know a good Wholesale Pet Supply Company that does free drop shipping?

I own a pet store in Arkansas and need to get involved with a company that does free drop shipping to my customers. Regular shipping is perfectly fine. I just need one that does not charge me a fee every month, or add any drop shipping fees to orders. I rarely need drop shipping, but when I do, it’s very handy, that’s why I need it to be free so I don’t pay for something I’m not using every month.

Anyone who can give me feedback on “Top Dawg Pet Supply” would be greatly appreciated. It sounds good, but it charges $10/month after three free months. Is it worth it to a small pet store that makes 0-1 sales per month that need to be drop shipped?
