Do I need a business license to re-sell rapid drug screening tests online?

Do I need a business license to re-sell rapid drug screening tests online?

I know of a manufacture company that will drop-ship for their distributors. I wanted to know if I need a license to become a “distributor” or seller of the manufacturer and not keep any stock but rather have the product drop-shipped to my customers from a website I can create.

I was planning on working on this at home.

Looking for a blog/website partner?

Looking for a blog/website partner?

Hi, I am writing this in regards about looking for a partner to start a tech blog/website. I am also looking to offer a drop shipping service selling cellphones but thats down the road. I am a 26 year old tech junkie and am half way through with my Bachelors of Business Science. I have just started a blog (phonejunkie.org) and also a YouTube channel (youtube.com/mikephonejunkie) at the beginning of this month. I am a beginner in the blogging industry but I am a veteran with the tech industry and my specialty is with the wireless industry. Even though I am a beginner with blogging and websites, I am a person who will use every resource possible to achieve my goal. I do not give up and I take this very serious. I spend many hours and a great amount of money to achieve my long term goal. If I do not know how to do something then I am not afraid to ask someone for help, attend a seminar, or even pay for a service.

I have been in a previous partnership/business that lasted a couple years with a guy that sold cell phones and I would do reviews on phones but he ended up getting married, didn’t have time to do this anymore, and moved to Germany. I still have some contacts with AT&T Media Relations and with a local Best Buy that would allow me to put a deposit down on a phone and return it in 10 days to allow me to do a review. I have been able to use the marketing knowledge I have learned through school to be able to reach out and develop relationships with businesses. The current problem I am having is keeping up on my blog, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc. I believe though with some help we could make this happen. Big blogs like iMore.com, engadget.com, and blogs like that started out with 3 or more people all providing equal amounts of work.

Currently I have about 2400 followers on twitter, 550 connections on LinkedIn, 530 likes on Facebook, and 500 subscribers on YouTube. That is all within a month and I will keep achieving higher numbers and would hopefully be able to achieve this with another person who enjoys this as much as I do. I am open to ideas and hopefully the person(s) that I get involved with will take this seriously and not just give up. I need someone who will do what ever it takes and is willing to accept a slow start. I am ready for your e-mails. E-mail me at mike@phonejunkie.org

Thank you, have a great day

How do I protect my sources without using drop shipping?

How do I protect my sources without using drop shipping?

Hello everyone,
I need a little help – I started a small company as aero parts broker. How it works is: I receive a request for a part, then I contact my suppliers and see who offers the best deal. Then I am supposed to ship the part to the customer (after purchase order). Now, until recently, I did ok with drop shipping. Suddenly, I have a supplier that’s refusing to drop ship, and I have a huge part to send from Asia to Europe. Now, I want to prevent the customer from knowing who the supplier is, and how much I paid for it. There will be issues like this in the future for different countries, etc. What should I do? Will forwarding company take care of this? Who bears the costs?
I’d appreciate some experienced answers.
Thank you.

I want to start an online arms dealing business?

by Jessica on Sep.20, 2011, under Drop Shipping

I want to start an online arms dealing business?

I’m an experienced dropshipper in bike parts and other electronic goods such as phones, laptops etc. I have been dropshipping these items for years.

But is it possible to dropship weapons in the US from my website in the UK? For example I advertise the guns on my website, buyers in the US will purchase and I’ll just get my supplier to ship the items straight?

I am aware of the legal issues and the need for both buyer and seller to hold a license. But as a dropshipper I don’t technically handle any weapons. I’m just handling the orders, make my cut and making sure my dropshipper on the other end fufills and delivers the order.

There is a lot of money in the weapons industry as the entry barriers are high. So If I manage to get past the barriers and issues it could prove to be potentially profitable.

Any advice?
