Can Chat Roullette give you viruses?

Well, my friend came over and said lets go on chat roulette. It said to install 11.1 adobe flahs player. I accepted and nothing really happen and still hasn’t. i just don’t want a key logger on my computer. I have been on this chat roulette website before. Oh and Btw, i do have a anti-virus on my computer. Nothing has been warned but i went to my anti-virus and checked the suspicious area and it said that a malicious software tried to get me? i guess. But it didnt say i was in any threat.
